أعلن مؤتمر مبادرة القدرات البشرية، الذي ينطلق تحت رعاية صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء، رئيس لجنة برنامج تنمية القدرات البشرية، يومي 28 و 29 فبراير 2024م في مركز الملك عبدالعزيز الدولي للمؤتمرات في العاصمة السعودية الرياض، عن أبرز المتحدثين المحليين والدوليين من الوزراء ورؤساء الشركات والأكاديميين وقادة الفكر والخبراء من مختلف القطاعات، لمناقشة أوجه التعاون في تنمية القدرات البشرية والاستعداد لمواجهة تحديات المستقبل والاستفادة من الفرص.
ويناقش المؤتمر، تحت شعار “الاستعداد للمستقبل”، أبرز التحديات التي تواجه القدرات البشرية في ظل المتغيرات العالمية، والمهارات التي يتطلبها مستقبل سوق العمل العالمي، كما يهدف إلى تحفيز النقاش حول الحلول المبتكرة لمواجهة هذه التحديات بشكلٍ استباقي، وتزويد الأفراد بالمهارات الأساسية للنجاح، وتنمية المرونة والقدرة على التكيف لدى القوى العاملة المعاصرة، التي تواجه بيئة مهنية متغيرة باستمرار.
من ناحيته، أكد سعادة المهندس أنس المديفر، الرئيس التنفيذي لبرنامج تنمية القدرات البشرية، بأن: “حضور المتحدثين المتنوع من قطاعات ودول مختلفة حول العالم، من كبار المسؤولين الحكوميين والمنظمات الدولية وقادة الفكر وصناع السياسات والخبراء، في مؤتمر مبادرة القدرات البشرية، يعكس دور المملكة العربية السعودية القيادي في تنظيم مثل هذه المؤتمرات العالمية الكبرى”، وأضاف: “يشارك في هذه النسخة أكثر من 150 متحدثاً ، يناقشون أبرز الأفكار والجهود التعاونية للمساهمة في وضع أجندةٍ عالمية مستدامة رائدة تساهم في إيجاد حلول لتنمية القدرات البشرية في مختلف دول العالم، مما يترك أثراً دائماً ويساعد في بناء غدٍ أفضل للجميع”.

Saud started his craft in the field of pottery art amongst the students of the Royal Institute of Traditional Arts, starting with plastic arts and simple drawings, then moving on to designing popular figures, and ending up in the world of pottery, where he combined his hobbies in the art of drawing and design into the art of pottery, which led him to his current career.
He enrolled at the Royal Institute of Traditional Arts, where he learned the basics of pottery, such as working with clay. From here, he launched his project, Darmak.
He participated in several field activities accompanied by more than one governmental and private entity. This was an opportunity to express his love for his country in producing a video of his work for the 93rd National Day. This project featured candles, of which approximately 130 pieces were made, to be purchased by one of the largest brands, Bvlgari, as gifts for its employees. Additionally, approximately 370 pieces of cups with the popular engraving were made, and they were distributed at the launch ceremony of the Kingdom’s exhibition design which will be part of Expo Tokyo 2025.

Faisal AlMuhaysh, a motivated high school senior at Alkifah Academy in Ahsaa, has distinguished himself as an aspiring researcher. With three research projects under his belt, Faisal has represented Saudi Arabia at various international competitions, earning accolades such as a gold medal and best innovator at ITEX 2022 and first place in the chemistry category at the most prestigious high school competition—ISEF 2023. He’s currently working on publishing his research projects in scientific journals. Faisal was also a physics olympiad student and has achieved multiple national medals in the competition.

Before moving into the private sector, Dr. Khan was a faculty member in endocrinology at the Mayo Clinic and Mayo Medical School where he served as Director of the Diabetes, Endocrine and Nutritional Trials Unit.
